Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and details of the return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Products that do not meet our return criteria (opened or used) will not be accepted for return.
Once your return is received and approved,return process will be completed with 5-7 business.

If your return is accepted then replacement will be completed within 5-7 days.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
After the returned product is accepted, refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days via the original payment method
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
